An independent practice for plants that already have a control system.

GHENADIE GOGA advises industrial sites on regulatory process control. The office is in Chișinău. The work happens on the unit you name: a column, a dryer, a treatment train, a kiln, or a utility header.

This is not a software house and not a systems integrator. We do not sell a platform. We study how the process is controlled, agree a boundary, and leave settings, notes, and a way to see whether the change lasted.

Principles

  1. 01Measure before changing. A story about a bad night is a start. A trend is the brief.
  2. 02Change the minimum that matters. A plant does not need every loop retuned.
  3. 03Leave the site able to hold the result. If only the consultant can explain it, it will drift.
  4. 04Say what a trend cannot prove. We do not promise a percentage you have not measured.

A gauge is a fact. The consulting work is to connect that fact to a loop, a limit, and a decision.

Baseline to Setpoint

The method has four moves: observe, baseline, intervene, and hold. Observation covers operating mode, who changes the setpoint, and which constraints are real. The baseline is a short record of variability, manual intervention, output saturation, and alarm load on the loops in scope. Intervention is a tune, an alarm limit, a cascade, or a written strategy — whichever the baseline supports. Hold is the document the next engineer can use without calling us.

How we work with your team

You keep ownership of the control system, the safety case, and the permit to change anything live. We prepare the recommendation, sit with the people who will apply it, and check the response afterward. When a change belongs in a PLC or DCS, your integrator or site specialist implements it. We review the result against the narrative.
